marbles ticking on the ground.

i believe everyone here knows what marbles ticking on the ground means at night. when all your neighbours are adults, and asleep.. somehow, u just hear "someone" playing marbles...

before i start my childhood tale, let me throw in a story from my bro's friend:D
my bro is now sec3. during his pri sch life, pri4 to pri6, he has this friend who always complains how bad his night was. he'll go, "knn, my neighbour on top si bei guai lan, at night keep playing marbles.." or "nb, ytd night i tyring to get some slp, my neighbour below keep moving furnitures.." etc. so OF COS, he had everyone's sympathy. but everyone then was young and naive, including my bro and all his classmates. until recently, someone told my bro tt those ticking marbles are done by "those things", they brought up this issue again, then this friend suddenly recall his experience. HAHA! this friend alr moved out 2years ago. the funny thing is that, he told my bro.. tt time he was staying at the highest lvl, so technically he had no neighbours on top. and best thing was, the apartment below was vacant. HAHAHAHA!! so all along, what this friend heard was all coming from his house alone. and he recalls when he first came to tt apartment, all he sees was marbles and soft toys, the rent was only $600 a month. super cheap for a jurong estate. GET THE LINK NOW?! HAHAHAA! funny shit.

ok, now's mine turn.
when i was little, i always KNEW tt something wasn't right at my apartment. not huanted, just that u'll have the eeri feeling sometimes. i thought it was just me being paranoid until today!!!! knnbccb! LOL! my bro told me his friend's story, so i spilled mine. then he was in agreement! wow! i thought he was young and didnt realise anything. hmm.. it all happened at my previous house. at night, marbles ticking was considered NORMAL already. dragging of furniture, sometimes. but the one tt i find weird was children screaming happily at 3AM IN THE FUCKING MORNING. those laughter always woke me up. then i'll be so afraid:( i told my mum, but she always say i'm imagining things. then i'll look for my dad instead, and he'll be the one listening to me. the laughter is like kids playing catching, running down the stairs. once, twice.. ok. but seven or more times?! and repeatedly the same tone same kind of laughter.. izzint tt kinda weird? my bro too, said that he heard marbles and furniture moving, and he also sees shadow in our room(we were sharing the same room then). he also thought that he was paranoid and try not to scare me, cos he knows tt i'm scared. he told my mum too, and she also say dun think too much. ha! today!! we went to tell our parents and ask them for the truth.. my dad said yes, he feels it too. once, he heard kids running beside him when he's sleeping. LIKE, JUST BESIDE! and my mum says, she dun want to scare us, she had a lot of expericece too. so all we did was basically i dun offend them, they dun offend us. we always believe in guan yin ma:D yknow, somethings u just have to admit that u believe. hai. so today, i finally clearify my childhood horror. actually it was right for my parents to keep it from us. imagine they told us tt time, comfirm we freak out. now that we are this old, we are old enough to know the ground rules of respect. anyway, moving into my condo now was a whole new feeling. it's a very comfortable and peaceful feeling.. the whole house is just bright and welcoming. the first night, suprisingly i had a very very good sleep. not to mention that it was my first night having a room to myself. of cos now(sometimes) i still hear marbles ticking.. still! u cant live in a world without them cos they were once us. but i dun mind:) dear all "?", i respect your presence, truely.

do you hear it? those marbles ticking on the floor during mid night..
